Alexander Sinora

Partner

Alexander previously worked at McKinsey & Company, specializing in M&A, strategy, and business transformation. He also spent time at Deloitte as a technology consultant.

Advised one of the most impactful family offices in Canada, supporting growth equity investing and philanthropic strategy. He currently serves on the board of a leadership development and cultural organization in his community.

Alex is also a recipient of the King Charles III Medal for his impact on the Canadian economy.

Ismail Francillon

Ismail Francillon

Partner

Ismail previously worked at McKinsey & Company, where he specialized in M&A, strategy, and corporate finance across North America, Europe, and the Middle East.

He also teaches mergers and acquisitions at Concordia University for 3rd- and 4th-year students. Ismail founded the ed-tech platform Ismahelps, a non-profit that has supported over 12,000 students in Quebec with free business materials.

A former track-and-field athlete, he earned two provincial records, and multiple podium finishes at the national level.
